The hotel is in reasonable shape. Breakfast buffet is very good. The location is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. The main concern I have is safety. Accidentally we became aware of a security issue at the hotel, which we tested four times with different employees, and we had the same problem. We had been travelling all over Mexico for 2 weeks and changing hotels many times. We went out for a walk and upon returning we could not enter our room. We went to reception to tell them our keys were not working. They immediately reprogrammed our keys. They never asked for our name, id, or anything. It turns out, we had mistaken the floor and we ended up in a room that was not ours. We walked in and noticed it was not our room, immediately walked out and went back to reception. Explaining what had happened. Again, they did not ask for our names or id, they simply issued new keys to the new room number we provided. The following day I tested their security again. I went to reception and told them I needed an additional key. I provided a wrong room number (this time on purpose) and I was issued an additional kep to a room that was not mine without asking for an id or my name. This time I sumply walked out of the hotel an distroyed the key that was given to me. All of this happened with different employees. It seems this is the hotel policy is to provide keys to any person without asking for any id or verifying if that person is even a guest.

Excelente ubicación, la atención del personal es buena y muy respetuosos. Solamente mejorar en el seguimiento de reservaciones, fui por motivo médico, operaron a mi papá e iba a requerir una noche más de lo que reserve, por lo que quise pagar la noche adicional cuando ingrese y me dijeron que me lo cobrarían a la salida. Creo que no se explicaron bien que a la salida era que debía entregar la habitación en el tiempo que lo reserve y pagar la noche que iba a ocupar, ya que me iban a bloquear la llave porque ya se había terminado el tiempo y yo me encontraba en el hospital con mi papá sin poder salir. Por ese motivo el día que ingrese pregunte sobre el pago de la noche adicional y más porque no sabía cómo procedía en este caso. Solo pido que sean más claros por parte de quien atiende o da seguimiento a las reservaciones en el hotel. Por supuesto que recomiendo el hotel y seguiré yendo ahí para citas posteriores de mi papá. Agradezco infinitamente al personal que me ayudo a llevar a mi papá a la habitación el día que lo dieron de alta.
