"If I could rate them 0 stars that is what they would get. You are better off at the Holiday Inn rather than this hotel. The staff is unfriendly - the breakfast is terrible - the gravy for biscuits and gravy was like glue and the new batch put out was cold. The scrambled eggs were awful. The rooms were wet and damp they had damp rid in the rooms but didn’t control the moisture. Was going to let our son swim in the pool - but, it looked dirty and gray water. The rooms are dark and no lighting other than between the bed and at the desk. Best to find someplace other than here to stay!"

"Surprised WYNDHAM would be associated with a low grade facility. Lobby locked requiring check in to a small hole, problem with door keys, no access to drinks or snacks, no breakfast, do cups for coffee at room machine, No hand rails in bath/ shower, no towel bars, no bottled water, Room deposit required for incidentals although nothing to buy. Indication it for damages as well. At checkout requested agent to inspect the room. No document obtained to verify inspection and no damages incurred. Being our first stay in Crockett, we relied on the Wyndham reputation; but in the end was very disappointed."

"Friends we were with had to request maintenance on their room door upon arrival. It didn’t shut properly. Our bathtub looked undesirable. Didn’t look real clean. Very “used” and really needs to be replaced. Had to wait in a long line upon arrival. Had to wait about half an hour. Only one person working the desk. Management and staff, however, were extremely nice, caring and hospitable. "
