Great hotel location with easy in and out access right on the main highway through town. Room was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was perfect for a nice start to the morning. Food and shopping options close by. No complaints!

Room and staff were fine but their key cards somehow can't be put in a wallet or close to a phone without being rendered useless. I got locked out of my room or the building at least three times in a 24-hour stay.

All i have to say is that the lady at the front during the day was so sweet and kind and thats saying a lot coming from a Canadian 🇨🇦 Everything was nice and clean and the gym pool and food in the morning was fantastic! Would recommend it to anyone that is visiting Jacksonville. Thank you

Great hotel

Our experience was great from check in to check out. Customer service was great! Very clean rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was a 10/10. We will definitely book at this hotel again
