I want to like this place, but likely won't go back. One positive: The staff was wonderful to both me and my child. Negatives: The pool & hot tub was not available. Most ice machines & 1 elevator were not working. There was not much available in the pantry. The hot breakfast was good, but they ran out of plates 30 minutes after breakfast started. The juice & milk machines were out of order. The breakfast area chairs were stained and ratty. There was water damage on the ceiling & wall of our bathroom.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay! Great check-in, the room was clean and not needing repair in any way. Roomy bathroom, fluffy towels. The bed was comfortable, a firmer mattress, which I like. Great coffee machine with a lot of choices. Average breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausages one day and then with bacon on Saturday. Well stocked and and kept clean. I will stay here again when I'm in Minot.

The hotel manager staff-and employees were exceptionally helpful and polite. The room was clean comfortable with a nice firm bed. Hotel was conveniently located to everything you wanted to do. We look forward staying there again on our return home to visit.
