Upon entering our room, it had a bad smell, and it didn’t take long to find out why there were mice in the room, which we saw several times within the first hour there. They did end up moving us to another room, but didn’t offer to compensate for the terrible experience. For a hotel that was rated wonderful, I was surprised to have an experience like this.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Spacious room, clean quiet. Kitchen area was great, separate sitting and eating areas plus bedroom. Breakfast was good, would have appreciated half and half for coffee however. The area around is quite far from town and shopping, requires driving to get around.

We have never been to ND . Daughter here for a Brief internship . We came for a week for Thanksgiving. Furniture is old and scuffed up . Needs a coat of wax. We had two windows we opened and dead bugs remained visible allweek

Decent and I would stay here again.

Decent place to stay. Nice staff and reasonable rates. Good breakfast and the girl bartending at night was friendly. The pool was closed down during our stay. Minot was packed during the recent oil boom and the hotels in the area show signs of that busy time. HYATT house shows signs of that time considering it is an extended stay hotel. But management and staff have done a decent job trying to keep it clean and in presentable shape.

Next time we'll try another hotel

Very convenient airport location, and easy free parking. The check-in a bit slow. Rooms a bit beat up (chipped wooden furniture) but the rest was neat enough. Breakfast idea of a custom omelet station is a delightful one, but there was a long queue so I didn't wait, and when our friends joined us the omelet maker wasn't there.

The breakfast provided was good, but the room was very unclean, the floor had crumbs and hair everywhere and the coffee table had food stuck and hardened to it, also was a huge stain on the couch we didn’t even want to sit on it.

Rooms have seen better days.

This hotel has seen better days. Employees were nice, and the vast breakfast was a redeeming factor, but the rooms and furnishings and room have definitely seen some abuse. Pool and hot tub were closed for some kind of issue. Rooms need a facelift and some maintenance work.
