"When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. "Excellent hotel. Accommodated for our group of nine to the highest standard. The hotel was exactly what we wanted and is represented extremely well by the pictures. Most importantly, the staff were incredible in making sure we had everything we needed and handled our group with so much respect.
