Very clean and modern. I like the kitchenette in the room; all new appliances. There is a convenient, inexpensive parking lot across the street and a large parking garage next door. The only downside is the lack of restaurants and other amenities in the area. That said, Keys Cafe and Bakery, the historic Fitzgerald Theater, Alary’s BBQ and the state capitol are within walking distance. There are two historic churches around the corner.

I really liked this hotel. It was a great little boutique style hotel. I really enjoyed the self check-in, digital key style to the property. It had a nice gym in the basement that I was unaware of prior to arrival which was a great bonus. If you're staying in the area for a specific event, this is a great spot!

Location was convenient for access to the theater. Location was very loud, we could hear all traffic starting at 7 AM. Additionally, currently lots of construction in the area, blocking many main sidewalks. Cleanliness was okay. Rugs weren't super clean in the room and the main areas/elevators had a very perfumed smell. Room was very cold and the bedding wasn't think or soft. Overall, it was just okay. Not terrible, but expected better given the expedia rating.
