"The room was clean but the toilet seat was broken. The staff could have had better communication they had a fire drill and did not properly alert the guests. It was very loud and woke use up and we had to find the stairs from the second floor because the staff closed off all the elevators. Once we got to the out side all the staff was in the parking lot and there was a piece of paper taped to the wall that said it was a fire drill for the staff and the guest did not have to evacuate. Your ears were ringing all day from the alarm. If they knew this they should have a conversation with the guest this put us in a bad mood the rest of the trip because we panicked not knowing it was a drill. We were there for 4 days and this happened on the second day we are both senior citizens and i have health issues. Beside lack of communication everything was not bad but that was a big problem waking up thinking the building was on fire not knowing were the stairs to get out were after the staff closed off the elevator doors.I also would like to add very noisy by the airport a plane was leaving every five minutes and you could see and here it."

"The hotel itself was great, and the staff was wonderful. However, the parking lot appeared to have a large number of homeless individuals staying there, which made the experience less comfortable. We also received a parking ticket on our last night, despite providing our license plate number to the front desk upon check-in. We were told the ticket should be cleared, but it was unclear why it was issued in the first place."

"Great location. Nice, clean facility and helpful staff. Parking caused anxiety but do not be concerned. Not an issue at all. Huge affordable parking directly across street that is even connected by Skywalk. Highly recommend property. Fantastic location at reasonable prices."
