I was there with my two kids, we loved the pool area. The breakfast could be better. Its a grab and go and not a lot of variety. I liked that it was walking distance to the mall which was a big plus. The staff was helpful and friendly. The ice machine was broke a couple of times throughout the day. Overall it's a great place and I think we will be back.

It's kind of odd you have to pay for parking daily when you're checking in with the hotel other than that front desk was helpful and nice. Place is decently clean. Pool taste funny if you have to dip your head in it.

I have littles so this pool/water park was amazing for them!! Our room was nice, sheets had some spot stains upon arrival. Front desk was accommodating and went and changed the sheets for us. No big deal, otherwise the hotel was nice and clean! Breakfast was complimentary but only cereal and bagels! And the only complaint would be having to pay $10-15 a night for parking when you already pay hundreds for the hotel room!

Great property , in a great location . We had stayed at other properties by mall of America, but never this one. Upon arrival , the front desk clerk , Kathy greeted us. She was very knowledgeable about the area , and was very attentive to our needs. She got us into our room. The pool area was great !!! The kids loved it . Mall of America is right across the street. We will be back !!
