Hyatt Centric Downtown Minneapolis
Rooms were clean and good sized. Location was great for getting to Bank Stadium and lots of bars and restaurants in the area.

Days Hotel by Wyndham University Ave SE
Aside from a leaky bathtub faucet, everything was OK. Room was drab, but had a mini fridge and was quiet. No USB ports on nightstand or lamps (or TV) to charge phone, which was a bummer. Breakfast was decent. Good location and a fair price.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Downtown
We were legitimately impressed with this place. The parking is expensive, but it's very easy to use the spothero app to access nearby lots for much less money so that wasn't a factor. This hotel is a solid five stars, with great breakfast, great staff, and great perks.
