First room I was given was dirty, slept in bed and garbage everywhere. And the next room the light switch didn’t work so had to use a flashlight to find the lamps and turn them on and the bathroom in the pool area was covered in feces. Would not stay here ever again.

The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis Downtown
They did not clean our room and we stayed two nights. There was no room service. The restaurant was booked and we as paying customers could not get a table.

The Marquette Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton
The corner room I requested was GREAT. It was large, plenty of walking around area, sectional sofa, air worked great, spacious and very comfortable bed. The staff was super nice as well. A few small issues, there was no way to stop water from exiting the shower door so always a puddle after a shower. ...

The Saint Paul Hotel
The hotel looks really nice and the staff was kind and courteous. But the fanciness the property shows off ends in the lobby. They call their standard rooms "Deluxe" as a marketing ploy, when in reality, they're incredibly small for the price you pay. It was maybe half the size of the Hilton hotel ...

Hyatt Centric Downtown Minneapolis
We really like this hotel. Warm staff. Superbly decorated rooms. It took awhile for the hot water to get to the 12th floor, but this is more suggestion (to install a pump system) than a critique. In-and-out parking worked slick. We'll be back! PWM
