"Loved the Canopy! It was clean and stylish. The front desk guy Napoleon was knowledgeable and helpful in getting us around the city that weekend. The garage was also a nicely set up. A little tight but better than parking on the street."

"The room was so spacious and clean upon entry. Our tub’s drain didn’t work properly and was a minor issue but did not ruin our stay. Breakfast was nice with a great variety, and the staff was very kind. The elevator wasn’t working properly during our stay, but again, the staff was kind and accommodating. I could tell that these things were not the norm and when we return to Charlotte, we will gladly stay again! It’s in a great location and was a great price. "

"Elevator was really smelly. Ceiling needs repair, paint and carpet is old and needs to be replaced as well. Staff was great though so it’s not their fault"

"They have a light buffet dinner in the evening with a drink from the bar included. That was top notch to have for your guests. There was also a fresh popcorn machine with hot buttery popcorn 🍿 kudos to our first stay at this hotel. Room was large and clean. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. "
