"The room smelled heavily of moth balls upon entering, t. The front desk was not the nicest and the outdoor pool was closed, for no particular reason or warning at check in. Despite that people were in the pool later that evening after we inquired and were told we couldn't use it."

Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel
"Such a delight! This was our 2nd (and won't be the last) stay at Saint Kate. We had a minor overcharge issue, and they handled it immediately. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.
