"The hotel was a perfect stay, super clean and comfortable beds. The free breakfast was a huge draw for waking up too. A perk of having the kickstart free food and drinks after check in was awesome to see. Would stay again"

"Cancelled our reservation upon arrival and no communication from crowne royal staff and no apologies even at the time we were told that we had no place to stay with us being from out of town . Phones were at 20% battery , and gentleman the the desk was not even offering advice ."
