"Had a good stay overall. JINA was very sweet, helpful and accommodating. Called thirty minutes or less after I left to get someone to retrieve my necklace and where it specifically was located. Was supposed to get a call but haven’t heard….."

"I checked out a day early informed the front desk a day before they were supposed to refund the money for the day that wasnt used instead of giving me back my money they devided to keep it. Not to mention that my ceiling in my bathroom was leaking water asked to be moved to another room only thing I was offered was for extra towels "

"Our stay was as expected, suite was super convenient and our dog was welcome. Rooms were clean and spacious. There was green space to walk our dog right by the back door of the hotel and we were able to enter and exit with him without having to walk through the busy lobby every time."

"An excellent, quite new hotel, a short drive from Nashville airport. Lovely big room with 2 very comfortable queen beds and a beautiful bathroom. A well stocked bar, should you want it and a guitar shaped outdoor pool to use, perfect in the summer if you have time to kill before a flight. We used the hotel as a flying stopover before collecting a car from the airport, we used the free hotel shuttle bus to take us to the car rental garage. We stayed on floor 1 and the aircon drownedvout any plane noise, higher up you can potentially here the planes as you are under the flight path. All in all a much better hotel than we were expecting as a hotel cheap option. "

"The room smelled like a cig butt. Mold in bathroom. I asked for extra towels and sheets never received then asked for my room to be cleaned and it was ignored. I asked again and the housekeeper literally just made the bed! Didn't change the sheets after us being there for 3 days! The manager yelled at me barely spoke English and then hung up on me! Horrible experience will never go back again!!"

"Stay was decent for the price. We then were charged multiple times extra and no explanation for what to the amount of extra $412. The flooring tile by the toilet moved every time you walked in the bathroom. The shower curtain was broke. The pool was not open. Decent for the price but not factoring in the extra $412 charges with no explanation. "
