"My room could have been cleaned better. I found a wet towel behind the sofa, and there was a lot of dust bunnies also behind the sofa. My stay there was comfortable, didn’t really spend much time in the room so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The place itself outside and lobby look nice. The whole place looks like it is going through renovations. Our stay was pretty comfortable overall hence the 4 stars. The bed was cozy and they gave us extra pillows when we asked. I would've give it 5 but most of the staff there seemed Iike they did not want to be there. It felt like an inconvenience when we needed to ask for help. The breakfast options weren't great, especially for those with dietary restrictions. One of the elevators didnt work so you had to wait for the one, which became a problem during the rush. The restaurant, we waited for someone to take our order and no one came."

"Beautiful hotel and a great location. It was expensive. Breakfast was not included. Staff was extremely helpful when the person next to us flooded their room, the hallway, & our room. Moved us to another room that was pretty but impractical. No room for anything in the shower. Very little counter space & the room was much smaller & no room for suitcases. I wish we could have stayed in our first room."
