Our Venezia hotel stay DID NOT reflect the photos and reviews that we had read previous to booking our stay. There is no place to park (unloading zones only) - no parking garages nearby either. Condition of the property was dirty and unkept. No options to connect to a hotel representative after 4:00/5:00pm made it impossible to get some help. My husband and I will not refer this place to anyone nor will we choose to stay here in the future. I was told a manager would be contacting me the same morning after we checked out but no call took place.
