Great experience at Seaside Hotel. The location is excellent — the beach is just across the street, which is very convenient. The room was clean and well maintained, and everything was in good condition. A big plus is that the staff speaks both English and Spanish, which makes communication very easy. Overall, a very good option to stay in Miami thanks to its location, cleanliness, and service. Highly recommended. 🌴

You get what you pay for essentially. Great location and very nice staff. However the rooms are extremely dated. Had to request another room. The first one felt like a basement had mold on the shower curtain, both beds had stains on the sheets and pillow cases and the remotes didn’t work in either room. The second room was a bit better but loose toilet seat. The shower drips and splashes all over the floor if you don’t remember to turn it off tightly. The hot water in the shower took forever to get hot until we figured out that if you turn the sink’s hot water the shower got hot quickly. Probably wouldn’t book again for my personal taste
