Awesome place to stay in South Beach. The staff is great! Walking distance to anywhere in South Beach. Great location on the main strip with beach access.

Miami is scary with booking. You never know if the pictures is the same experience in person. Hotel was very nice. Room was nice. Service was great. The outdoor pool was amazing. My only negative is the hot tub didn't work. But the beds hut in the water was beautiful.

It was a very nice day. I enjoyed myself being so close to the beach and was able to get two beach chairs with an umbrella, which is such a place.

The pool area is beautiful and the pool very nice but the heater was broken. The pool guy started vacuuming it at 11:00 while people were there. It doesn't even open until 10:00. Should have been fine before 10

Friendly staff, good location, direct waterfront acces was amazing. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the resort fee. But, the main thing that is affecting my rating is that the room is not sound proof, I barely slept. I could hear everything going on outside (hallway + outside). Also, the bathroom was very small, uncomfortable, and tight. I dropped my deodorant in the toilet and had no space for my toiletries in the bathroom. The bed only had one nightstand with acess to a plug. It is a small hotel overall.
