TV never worked and was never fixed. Reported it and was told they’ll send someone and they never did. Valet service in the evening… HORRIBLE. The location was nice. Staff was helpful. Quality of sheets and towel were super cheap.

The location was phenomenal. The room was basic and could be cleaner. The pool was amazing. Loved the tiki bar and beach access. My only concern was the parking. I waited 30 minutes to be able to get my car. I could see that it was a significant source of frustration for the guests. The elevator was also impossible. Luckily I was not too high in the building so we just took the stairs. I think that self parking should be considered if possible. It would make this place an absolutely dream.

The room was nice, had a microwave, and a huge TV with all the apps installed. I had a nice comfortable stay especially because the room was clean. Make sure you order from the Riki Tiki bar -- the food is amazing.

The room was very unsanitary and fun clean. The tub was clogged before anyone used it. The towels had stains on them.The doors and mirrors also had brown strains. The vents were dusty. We left after one night and book another place at Sentral Alea which was around the same price . It wakes over 20 minutes for valet to bring your car. They need self parking. They refused to give us a refund due to their policy although the room was uninhabitable. When their management called about 5 days later they stated maintenance was in their way, then accused me of still being in the room although I checked out on Sunday and it was Friday. They didn’t realize it was a new reservation in that room.Please do not book this place!

Old building on Collins Ave. Not a luxury experience at all. It’s clean (meaning no roaches) and it’s on Collins Ave. Valet parking was good, the wait was not that bad. I might go back there for a solo trip. No way for a family trip.

However outdated rooms Everything in the room needs to be remodeled, replaced, or thrown away only thing can be kept is the TV..LOL Also on the website it advertises self parking options. False Advertising there is no self parking, you have to use their Valet. And the Valet is Slooooowwwwww I waited in line for 20 min and this was returning back to the hotel the line was down to the street curb other cars were blowing. For someone who book the hotel for one of the reason being self parking I was disappointed because I go in and out a lot when on vacay. This was a big inconvenience for me. I would not stay here again. Overall my stay was ok wasn’t terrible but wasn’t good either. Nuetral

This is my second stay. You can't beat the price for the location. The beach is unique in that it has a smll sand bar just off shore, great for kids. Free valet, you just saved $50 a night. The room was clean. The elevators are a little funky by design so be patient., The in house stores are convenient, The pool side cafe is awesome with amazing service by ladies that remember you and make you feel welcome.

The pool area and RikiTiki Bar were awesome. The little shops inside were convenient. The location and beach access were very nice. The room reeked of mold and mildew which made staying in the actual room an uncomfortable experience. This hotel should not offer valet. Their system is not efficient. I heard of people missing their flights, and it was just a long and painful process that cut into precious vacation time just to access or use your vehicle.
