"Enjoyed the stay. Flew in for a cruise the following day. The hotel offered a shuttle to the cruise port. Also the hotel transport from the airport. Fantastic seafood place next door. Nice pool."

"Wasn’t my favorite place. Conveniently located near the airport. It is loud, they leave ear plugs for you on the bed. Found pubic hair on the side of the bed, and the bathroom floor is some kind of foam flooring that in front of the toilet is raised and smells like urine. Didn’t notice the smell the first day, but the next morning when the air freshener wore off, you could definitely smell it. "

"My flight was delayed so the airport shuttle wasn't available which was the main reason I chose to stay here - that's the airline's fault, not the hotel. But just a note that the shuttle is not 24 hours. When I checked in, since I arrived so late, I requested a late checkout. The helpful and friendly associate at the front desk let me know she was putting me down for a noon checkout. This apparently didn't make it to the cleaning crew who banged on my door beginning at 11:06 and attempted to enter my room multiple times. I ended up telling three different people "I have a noon checkout" and they accepted, but didn't communicate with eachother which was frustrating. Street noise was loud but the AC was louder."

"Breakfast was good and fresh. Wish there was more for those on special diets. The parking garage was geat and safe, locked in gate. Beds could be replaced as they were very uncomfortable and had lu.ps in both beds."

"Very nice room, could provide wash clothes for showering, ac handler was loud since so close to bed. Don't park on the street, they will tow."

"Booked this as a refundable booking. When I went back to cancel because of airline issues it said this was non refundable. I have screen shots to prove my original confirmation. So FYI: make sure you check closely your reservation. My recommendation is to book directly with hotel since you have more flexibility and won't get scamed."
