"The location was great, walking distance to a lot of places around downtown Miami, the rooftop bar and pool was excellent and my go to place. The hotel is a smart budget friendly hotel, the restaurant downstairs has great service and good food. The rooms are plain, you have to use the microwave in the hall, no coffee or tea in the rooms, my sheets had spots on them in both the rooms I booked, the VIP Junior Suites were just basic half empty rooms, so don’t waste your money booking the rooms."

"The ice machine on our floor did not work. The staff at the reception was OK. Not very welcoming at all and we dealt with at least 5 different people for the three days there. Parking was good but expensive. Bed was nice. Windows need to be washed! Could not even see out of them very well they were so clouded over."

Sent email as well; no response .Left hotel on the shuttle and realized I left my Apple Watch. Called 100x n no one picks up. I see my watch on the tracker. I know it’s in the room. Hours later, it moved to another location so I marked it stolen. Third, the shuttle I booked to the cruise with them overbooked ppl so 3 ppl didn’t have a seat; then it broke down. Took over an hour to get to my cruise. Lastly, the food I ordered there.. fish as undercooked by a lot; service was slow. Worst experience at this hotel. "

"Gave us the wrong key twice . Someone did not check out properly when we try to get in unit. Checkout policy was not so flexible. The unit had some dirty towels and strange smell.swimming pool floor was dirty with bird poop and pool had dead flies. "
