"At check in we were told there was an additional fee for the resort. This was a complete surprise since we had already paid for our stay when we booked on the website. I was under the impression that we were close to restaurants, but we had to walk pretty far to find anything and there weren’t many options nearby. We wanted to ask the concierge about where to eat and what was close, but they were never there to ask questions and we were tired of standing there waiting. The room was nice,...
