"We upgraded to an ocean front view when we arrived. Staff were absolutely amazing and so very accommodating. Food was delicious. We stayed for one week and the food was great every time. The resort itself was clean and staff remained on top of clearing out plates as needed. Towels were always readily available. Because we travelled during commotion the resort was not as busy as it would normally be at this time. We loved the experience and were told that if it had been during normal times then it would be a lot busier which was good to know. They have shows every night at 9pm. We attended two of them and were blown away. The staff are incredibly talented and you can tell they truly enjoy their work. It was amazing and I cannot stress enough how everyone should attend!! "
