The beach view was excellent and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. However, we had to request an infant crib several times before it was finally delivered later that evening, which was inconvenient. The room was very clean, the pool area was lovely, and the food was good. The on-site restaurants were fantastic and were definitely the highlight of the resort.

"The Hard Rock Cafe in Cabo is a total blast! The atmosphere is electric, with music memorabilia everywhere you look – a true feast for the eyes. The staff are super friendly and make you feel like part of the Hard Rock family. The food is classic American fare done right. The burgers are juicy, the nachos are loaded, and the cocktails are strong. Plus, the location is perfect, right in the heart of Cabo. Enjoyable stay but had to deal with shower being clogged, very difficult to get a hold of anyone by phone and had transportation issues for an excursion booked through the resort. No sense of accountability from the resort and only blamed the excursion company. Room also smelled a bit.

Room was good, staff was good, food was good, Toro Steakhouse was amazing, Eden pool and Pool Bar were phenomenal. Omar and Yoni had amazing service. My only reason for 4 stars is that breakfast was not great, it was just average and I consistently had to say “no thank you” to being upsold. Overall, great hotel for families and first timers.

Activities were lacklustre, not enough volleyballs or basketballs. Also not having a way to reserve in the restaurant ls was painful.
