"Fantastic will come again. Staff super friendly, going above and beyond. Great location, back entrance very convenient when needed. Spa/pool very nice. 24/7 gym super handy. Room was clean, nice. Only thing i wish it had was a larger rubbish bin in the room and maybe more often housekeeping. Amazing overall"
"Husband and I stayed two nights for the NBA/ NBL. Perfect location for what we needed, where we needed to be. Trams on Collins and 2 minute walk down to trams for Rod Laver Arena. Bourke Street Mall not too far either, location was excellent. Service was great, staff very friendly.

However, booking was a nightmare. I needed to call hotel for additional information, I was put through to someone in Asia, probably Manila. The girl was useless, it was a complete waste of time. She finally supposedly put me through to the hotel... wrong information again! I informed Reception on arrival, but will it be fixed???"
