The set up of the room is great, love how they have arranged the mini bar, although I didnt purchase anything. Staff were friendly, happy and very helpful from reception, breakfast and the doorman.

Fantastic new hotel in great location with gorgeous rooms. Rooms over the front have a great view of Melbourne and they are very well sound proofed. The pool was great and the public areas were excellent. Only criticism is that some of the staff seem unsure of their roles and may have not worked either in hotels before or in hotels of this standard. We would definitely stay here again

Staff are polite and smiling, beautiful accommodation, overlooking the park Good facilities with induction cooker, washing machine and dryer Cleaning service needs to be improved, towels not changed, no vacuuming... The makeup mirror has a fixed height, so short guests cannot use it.

Twice during my stay I had someone knocking on the door when the do not disturb sign was on. One of those times was housekeeping asking why I hadn’t checked out yet. I then told house keeping that my check out date wasn’t till the next day - they then looked at their note pad they were holding and go on yes that’s correct. An apology would have been nice.
