All the staff in every area of the hotel are all wonderful although a special mention for Erjeta in customer relations for looking after us and making our trip extra special . Leider war der Pool ohne Wasser trotz durchaus badetauglicher Temperaturen in der Aprilwoche. Die Sauberkeit war okay bis auf die Reste der Vorgänger im Kühlschrank. However the room is dated, bed was uncomfortable and no toiletries were provided, not even soap. The walk to the restaurant/ bar area is by a steep hill which is difficult in the heat. "
