"Had a great 10 days here. Very clean, food was brilliant and loads of choice. Pizza near the pool were some of the best I have had. Pools were perfect temperature too. We stayed in an executive sweet with two children and there was ample space and comfort. Will definitely return! All staff worked hard and always smiling. "It's a really beautiful resort. Great pools, amazing restaurants and food, champagne bar, entertainment, great gym. The team is amazing. Service is really outstanding. Altzen - one of the drinks waiters - is so incredibly hard working. Chloe from the fitness and entertainments team is so effusive about the resort, and she made an effort every day to talk to and engage with guests.
We wouldn't normally go back to the same place but it is so fantastic we have been three times."

"We stayed for 6 days in September. We had a basic apartment on the upper floor. The highlight of the apartment was the huge balcony with excellent sun loungers as well as other furniture. The beach was very close. The views were spectacular! Just a short walk down the hill for restaurants. Jeni was very helpful. "

"What a stunning resort and wonderful holiday. We had a fabulous 10 day holiday, great swimming pools often with loungers available later on in the day. Beach a few minutes walk across the road at the bottom of the resort. Would be better if people weren't allowed to save loungers. We arrived at the beach most days by nine and had to search for loungers available for the three of us as others had saved with towels, some didn't show up til midday.
Main restaurant had a wonderful selection of food and then there were themed restaurants, you had to book, we chose the Greek restaurant and ate well. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
Room was adequate for the three of us, a double and a two singles in the same room with ensuite bath/shower and balcony. Coffee/tea and fridge refilled daily with water, soft drinks, beer and wine. "

We were inclusive of all, staff offered the world, once you approach to assist, they were very dismissive.
Beach/pool towels worked by card system at reception then take card to wellness centre which was inconvenient each time you need a towel, more interested in point of sale for wellness centre.
These could have been set up by the pools or beach.
