"Reception staff and in ‘restaurant’ good. Animation shocking . But I know there is a reason I don’t do all inclusive and this reconfirmed. Food shocking, canteen like restaurant. I paid less than half price of this in pefkos and had breakfast and great service . The area around hotel not good. And the smell ! The rooms are nice but I wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Thank heavens it was only for one night. The old town is lovely with some great little bars / restaurants and only 24 minute walk....

After an unpleasant experience with our airport pickup driver (not the hotel’s fault), the team very graciously upgraded us to a villa with a private pool — a gesture we really valued. "Beautiful hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The property was spotless and cleaning staff in evidence around the hotel throughout the day. Clean room with balcony and sea view. Wonderful shower although the cubicle itself was not particularly big. A large choice for breakfast, though the same choice available every day of our stay. Beautiful pool and bar area and cabanas on the beach. Very slippy rocks to gain entrance to the sea, a safer walkway would help. We really enjoyed our stay...

"Really special place to stay. The team are lovely. The food is great - especially in the Blu Fin restaurant. We booked into a room with a private pool - needn’t have bothered because it is so nice being by the sea that we hardly ever used it. The sea is stunning and the natural reef means that the water is warm, it is virtually not tidal and even to go see shoals of fish. Will return."
