Fabulous location, close to all transport, and really safe entry to the lifts and your own floor by key fob. The apartment had everything you could need and more - full kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, and 2 toilets!! The bed was really comfy and there was also a sofa bed if needed. We would definitely stay here again!

I was a little skeptical before booking, it seemed like a really good deal for the price. I’m very low maintenance so dont need daily room service. This was awesome, two bedrooms, spacious lounge/kitchen, parking. The pool, spa and sauna was amazing! Easy to stay for the week and so central to everything!

Amazing central location - tram stop serviced by multiple tram lines right outside accommodation + a short walk to Southern Cross Station to access a plethora of train lines; spectacular views of the Melbourne CBD & surrounding area; generous supply of kitchen & bathroom amenities, with a replenishment mid-stay to see us through the remainder of our reservation. ⸻ We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment as a group of two adults and two children. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and offered stunning views of the city. Communication with staff prior to arrival was excellent, especially as we were arriving late, and the after-hours check-in process was straightforward with clear instructions. The location was very convenient, with trams right outside and plenty of nearby dining options. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!

A must to stay

Every detail was covered and our welcome friendly, informative and seamless. Beds are comfortable, views amazing(especially at night), train and bus service within metres of the property at Southern Cross Station. We had an issue with an old super noisy heat pump but when I phoned reception they immediately moved us to another room. Nothing was too much bother. The car parking is a very reasonable price and in a secure building attached to the hotel. A very comfortable stay in clean, comfortable and well equipped accommodation.
