Clean, spacious and comfortable, adequately equipped 1 bedroom apartment. Surprisingly quiet given location 1 block off a major road. Great location. There is a small IGA grocer across the street, but on the other side of the main road, across the parking lot, the rather unprepossessing building is actually a mall with a huge Woolworth grocery store. Lots of restaurants on the waterfront, easy access to CBD - within the free tram area.

Clean and welcoming room, plenty of shops within walking distance. There's a tram stop just around the corner of the building. The gym is small but tidy and the machines work well. Was fairly quiet, though I could hear conversations from the occupants in the room next door. Outdoor noise was minimal from the high level room. Shower was wonderful with good pressure, adequate temperatures and had a rain shower head.
