Great views with a lovely balcony setup. Perfect in summer. Just on the Southbank and CBD fringe so cl8se to attractions and the city. Very well positioned.

The room did not have a city view. It looked out on a brick wall. I did complain to the staff they were very nice and show me a different room but was exactly like the room I had. Also the room was tired looking the carpet was stained and all the furniture was very mismatched. I won’t be going back to the Oaks apartment.

Good accommodation in convenient location

Really good all round... Much better than the Oaks in Sydney. Convenient parking ($45 p/night is a bit expensive) and very convenient to the CBD, Southbank and the Arts Centre. Very comfortable and well equipped with enough space for a long stay.

Enjoyed the view from the 33rd floor, particularly sunrise and the hot air ballons floating by. The room was well equiped with separate bedroom, bathroom and good size kitchen/ living. They need grab bars in the shower... I had a fall with only a glass edge available to minimize my descent... which I avoided because I realised it would shatter. The combo of glass, tiles and slippery environment requires some sort of railing or grab bars. Everything else was ok but I wouldn't stay again because of this aspect. Thanks.

We were surprised that there was only one sache for dish washing and one for the dish washer. And no plug! Yet we were obviously expected to do out own dishes etc as there was no cleaning done over our week's stay. Surely you could be more generous with washing up cleansers!

Is in a good location on Southbank, which is an easy walk over several bridges into the city. Very close to supermarket restaurants bars and the art. Rooms have all you need. Would recommend and stay again.
