Staff were very nice but unfortunately The cleanliness of the room was not so great. Our kitchen had solidified grease all over the stove top and splash back from previous guests. Dishes in the dish washer were left in there and still had food all over them. The drawers in the bathroom ensuite had hair throughout. Our balcony view was the building next door. Other than this the location was good being across from Westfield and staff were very nice.

We arrived after an early morning International flight and were very lucky to be allowed to leave our bags. Note: the reception says 6am to 9pm but requires the use of an intercom and dependant on a staff member being present elsewhere in the building to answer you. The room was comfortable with linen, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery etc provided. Also containers of hand wash, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. These had not been refilled prior to our 7 night stay so we ran out. The comforter on the bed was stained with three large yellow stains so that was shifted to the floor. We could not get a connection to the internet. It would connect and then drop off so we gave up after the second night. The room could have been cleaner but was OK. The outside covered in terrace, however, had spider web and nasty flies that bit/stung and was very dirty. Not enjoyable to sit outside and enjoy the late afternoon sun. The jewel was the swimming pool. Beautiful, long, deepish and CLEAN. The sauna in the pool area was also a nice way to relax after a busy day. Good transport options to Melbourne Cioty with a bus Interchange across the road at Knox Shopping centre which takes you to Bayswater or Belgrave Trains or Vermont South for the Tram into the city Knox Shopping Centre has all you need plus many extras. Great place to shop, dine, drink, watch movies, banks etc

I have stayed here a few times now, I have generally been pleased but the last stay, I didn't get notifications until after I contacted their team. The internet as a confusing process and no 'sheet' was left but that also apparently sent by email. The team did respond quite quickly which was great but when I raised that there was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes I didn't get any response at all. It is a good location and value for money just this last trip was not as I had hoped.
