The staff member who greeted us was extremely helpful and professional. She was friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was very spacious, clean and had great facilities, such as a microwave and cutlery. The location was amazing and easy walking distance to the tennis.

Loved my stay here. The staff here is the definition of hospitality. The room was perfect with the little kitchen and balcony. I would stay here again. Truly made me feel like I was at home.

Great location, Anzac Stn tram hub , soon to have trains. Ideally suited for 3-4 nights stay, get breakfast incl - worth it. Suited my purposes 1 week stay.

We were very impressed with our room and facilities. The tea and coffee options in room were great. Robes and slippers provided to compliment the wonderful room. Breakfast was wonderful and service was impeccable. We came back late and were offered tea or coffee at the reception bar, which was really nice. Plenty of dining options within a short stroll.

The whole experience was wonderful — from the room to the service staff and even housekeeping! They went above and beyond by warming my electric hot water bottle and placing it under the sheets for me, which almost brought tears to my eyes. The team at breakfast and the front desk were equally kind and super friendly. My daughter and I will definitely be staying again. Thank you for making our stay so special!
