Staff were lovely! I had a problem with my initial room and was moved to another room. The new room itself was lovely apart from the loud airconditioner. The ground floor carpet in the hallway was disgusting, old and gathered in some parts. It also was not nice to have laundry in the area right outside the rooms- several cages of dirty sheets as well as clean. Overall the location was wonderful and the staff very lovely.

Good hotel for Central Melbourne
This is a good hotel for Central Melbourne. It is a 5 min walk from Southern Cross station. It's very convenient for food and transportation. The rooms are comfortable. Service in the hotel was good, and the price was very reasonable. I would stay here again.
