"Clean rooms and good service all around! We stayed here for our overnight trip to Alishan and were very please it was walking distance to the bus and train station. There are many shops and convenience stores nearby for a quick meal or snack."

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. It's convenient, walking distance to the night market. We didn't buy the breakfast, but there were plenty of options in the morning, easy to walk to. Love this viby hotel, modern hostel, nice people, and the second floor was cool to hang out in."

"For travelers seeking an “authentic” Alishan experience, this local hostel offers a great deal. It lacks many of the amenities that tourists accustomed to Western lodgings will miss, but it is well-situated in the small township of Longtouping and is a great value for the area. Longtouping is on the bus route to Alishan national recreation area, about an hour further up the mountains. It is close to Shizhuo to the north, where you’ll find restaurants and tea shops, and Eryanping to the south, where a worthwhile trail begins. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom. The only less than ideal feature were the mattresses, which we found too hard; they also sat right on the wooden floor. The includes breakfast buffet was excellent and featured unique (and delicious) items such as steamed oolong bread and oolong tea baked bread. The proprietors were friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions. We managed our visit without a car, although we did hire a taxi for a full day of touring to Fenqihu, Shizhuo, and other sights. "

"Hit by scale 6 earthquake at mid night, nothing was fallen from the walls or tables. The facility is very save. Services, breakfast, and hot tub bath in the room are all excellent."

"The motel is good for the price. The staffs were amazing. Entry to the motel is carefully guarded. But it is farther out from all the restaurants in the city central which would be around 25 min of walking distance. There is a family mart about 5 minutes of walk. It is very difficult to get an Uber or yellow taxi in front of the hotel. Unless you have local 55688 taxi app and even that is a bit difficult during downtime. Overall the motel is ok. Needs updating. But the owner is working on the updating one room at a time. Good space in the rooms and good bathroom space as well. "
