櫃檯服務人員很好，但設備老舊，淋浴間的門無法關閉，隔天的早餐需要到山上另一館，早餐內容也很簡陋。除了泡湯很舒服，周遭自然環境很怡人，整體旅館環境讓人覺得業者已經無心或沒有能力繼續維修，很可惜！

房間沒有對外窗，加上浴室有溫泉泡湯，所以房間濕度非常高，有過敏體質的人要注意，不過整體感覺還是有在維持，尤其浴室維持的不錯。

非常糟糕的住宿體驗

非常糟糕的住宿環境，房間一堆灰塵，電風扇葉片一層厚厚的灰，冷氣室外機晚上噪音大到不行，好像戰車在旁邊走，溫泉浴缸的木作結構壞了歪外斜斜也不維修，好像一間沒人整理維護的旅館，房間内煙味超重，退房2天後，包包都還卡了，很重的煙味
