"Amazing!! Can't rate this hotel highly enough! The location is great, right in the middle of numerous shops, restaurants, coffee bars, food stalls & night market; with easy walking distance / accessibility to all the key sites. Rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean with everything you need & they even provide a free laundry service. Staff are fabulous, helpful, professional & friendly & i felt so welcome. Huge thank you to Mia, Dana & a number of other staff who I who sadly don't have their names. The hotel was a safe comfortable base, in a perfect location, with a great feel. Would highly recommend. "This hotel was an absolute gem. We enjoyed our stay so much on arrival in Beijing that we booked to stay again upon our return to the city after travelling elsewhere in China. The staff were extremely helpful — especially Lily Zhang who gave us excellent advice on places missed by many tourists and helped us with booking tickets to places such as the National Museum and Tiananmen Square. The hotel is just a short walk from the subway station and a main road, but is tucked away in a traditional hutong neighbourhood, meaning it has good transport connections but is also quiet in the evening and full of character. It is also close to the lovely Bei Hai Park and Qian Hai Lake region. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!"
