Mediterranean Region hotel rooms a the Motel One

"We didn't know much about the hotel or their philosophy, however it was beautiful, spacious, clean so many places to linger, play, relax or socialize. We wanted the free laundry and it was perfect! Great location across from the tram station and a beautiful park on the other corner. East walk to historic city center. Free blue line parking overnight just minutes away. Fabulous check n staff,.all around lovely atmosphere! Enjoyed our king bed, open windows and really nice shampoo/conditioner/lotion provided!!"

"Hotel works for an overnight stay prior to a flight but front desk staff isn't very friendly. Hallway carpets are filthy and the fact that you can not reserve a ride on the free airport shuttle is a concern for people trying to catch a flight ("first come first serve") and van driver makes no effort to help people. The staff in the Terraza Restaurant were very nice and food was good."

"Everything was perfect but the arrangements for shuttle service from airport to hotel. There were no instructions how or where to take the shuttle van. Following AI instructions eventually found where ( outside gate 4) . Waited for some time and tried several times calling the hotel but nobody answered. Neither Expedia or hotel web side explained that shuttle needed to be scheduled. I found that again using AI. Took a over 10€ taxi ride for a 1.5 km ride to the hotel. I was greeted by a nice receptionist who told me that I could have called the hotel for a shuttle ride. I didn’t make any comment about nobody answering the phone. Other than that, hotel is great, restaurant is awesome and location very convenient"

"The staff were pleasant, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. However, we knew the hotel was accessed via shuttle from the terminal, so we followed the terminal signs saying "Hilton" believing they would lead us to the shuttle. After a long walk, the signs lead you to the wrong Hilton hotel. We had to pay a taxi 35 euros to take us to the right hotel. Very annoying experience! The Hilton and airport need to install better signs. Apparently this error happens a lot."

"Great location. Super busy hotel. Pool was closed. Great rooftop bar but also busy. They kept asking us to pay even though we weren't done. Must have people leaving without paying."
