"We walked in and the place had a weird smell. Got to the room opened the door and the room smelt so badly of must and mold. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and there was a visitor in the bathroom ( roach ) . I still haven't received my deposit back yet either. They said it would take 3 to 5 business days and it's been more than that. Extremely unprofessional!"
"No internet connection after several attempts are no avail. No ice bucket and have to ask staff for a bag of ice. Overall, bed is clean and quiet areas which are helpful for a good night sleep. Staff is friendly and accommodating. "
