Great place, super comfortable, check in was a breeze, amazing shower/bathroom & owner was super nice. Cute little cafe located downstairs for morning coffee’s. Highly recommend if looking for a place to stay in that area
I love this boutique hotel in my hometown. Each room is unique, clean, beautifully decorated, and the price is reasonable. I look forward to going to Lyndonville, NY.
This is a boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Shared full-size kitchen and laundry. Proprietor is very responsive to your questions and concerns. He is a a phone call, text, or email away. Residents of the area are friendly. Lyndonville, NY is convenient located midway between Buffalo and Rochester. Near the Historic Erie Canal, Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, Niagara Falls, and Toronto, Canada.
I love staying there. I cannot wait to go back.
This property won a Phoenix Award for its achievements in renovating an older structure into a series of spacious rooms with modern conveniences (including numerous outlets for electronics). A community kitchen furnished with m/w, refrigerator, plates, extra linens, and even a washer & dryer, was a special surprise.
The surrounding buildings are still in need of renovation and parking isn't clearly identified, but the area appeared safe. The property is just a few miles south of Lake Ontario so this could be a convenient place to stay if visiting the nearby parks along the lakefront.
The hotel room we stayed in (Blue Room) was completely refurbished. LOVED the huge TV. The air conditioning was first-rate. So quiet in back of the building overnight. The shower was spacious and it's always nice to have a shower head that's up high. The big kitchen was a plus. We re-froze our cooler ice blocks overnight. Bed was firm, yet comfy. Really nice to have a coffee shoppe right. Next. Door! The vanilla latte is wonderful. If we ever come back to Lyndonville, we won't hesitate to re-book another night's stay here.
Overall had a great stay. Would have been 5 star except for a couple issues. Was not aware that there is no front desk for check-in/check-out, everything is done through email or texting. Also no microwave or refrigerator in the room, but there is a community kitchen. But even with those complaints was still a 4 star stay. Beautiful room, gives the feel of an individual apartment and not a hotel. Tastefully decorated. Nice quiet lil small town. I was in the Green Suite.

I stayed in the Blue room. It was quiet, the decor was lovely and the hotel proprietor was responsive to my text messages when I had a question. The cafe downstairs is open for breakfast and lunch. There was nothing wrong g with the hotel.
The only thing I found unsatisfactory was the coffee served in the cafe. It was terrible! I tried it a couple times thinking it may have just been the barista but, sadly the coffee was bad every time. The food was good though!
Beautiful, modern renovations. Love the shared kitchen concept. I stayed in the Blue Room. I cant wait to try the others. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area
Hidden gem- impeccable restoration of an historic property.
One suggestion- a little maid service would be good. Not a big deal but would be appreciated.
We would definitely return.
