Our stay at Landmark Hotel was great- the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to lots of places and we felt very very safe. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The Landmark Hotel is a well-maintained and attractive hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are clean, and there are plenty of facilities available, such as ample food and drink options, laundry service, and a beautiful rooftop pool with towel service. In the area surrounding the hotel, there are plenty of places to eat and a good selection of shops. A minor downside is that the room appears much larger in the photos than it actually is, but overall, it's a great place to stay.

We stayed at the Landmark for four nights and we dont have any complaints. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I got an hour long massage from Doris and it was probably one of the best massages I've ever received. The hotel is a few blocks (walking distance) from some great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the hotel were very professional. They cared about the well being of its guests. The tour booking agent Santiago was also very personable and able to help us book fun tours during our stay. I would for sure go back!

The hotel was charming and clean. The staff were super nice, and their cafe downstairs had a pretty good breakfast. I stayed in the room that had a loft with 2 beds and bathrooms. The downstairs area was very tight. Especially if you have 2 suitcases that open light a butterfly.

When we first got there the staff at the front desk were rude and once we unpacked we noticed that our shower door did not close. We were shown a room that was smaller than the original and had to request a similar size room. The next day we had issues with the shower again and had to have someone come up to resolve the issue. This time the shower water leaked into our room all the way under the bed. We were offered no compensation for our troubles and the hotel was not what I expected it to be.
