The hotel was beautiful, and the employees were pleasant and professional. But at times there was no water, which was frustrating when you wanted to go out and do things and you had to wait for the water to come back on to take a shower

Would stay here again if near El Penol
Initially we were given a very small room. After complaining we got a better room that met our expectations. Location was perfect if you have a car. there is a good Colombian restaurant on walking distance, and a good more international restaurant on a short drive from the hotel. Nice pool, friendly staff, good colombian breakfast and most rooms are quite nice with a large bed and a nice view with porch/balcony. The shower we had was a bit cold but it was only a minor thing as day temperatures where nice. Good value for money.
