Housekeeping needs to be aware of the time and surroundings. The mornings and during cleaning the staff was noisy. Plumbing is also noisy adjacent to the rooms. It’s. A nice place but it’s not equipped for a quiet, resting place.

Great stay!

I really enjoyed this hotel and the quality of of service was overall good! The window view was awesome and the prices in the minibar was excellent! The hotel is close To the Santa Fe Mall and many attractions in the El Poblado area. The breakfast was amazing as well.

It's off the main strip of poblado which makes it a lot quieter and relaxing however you can walk to poblado in like 15-20 minutes.
