⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel Gran Conquistador 33 – Medellín My experience at Hotel Gran Conquistador 33 was somewhat disappointing. The hotel has a great location and a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it is clear that it needs more maintenance, care, and investment. The rooms feel neglected and do not create an environment where you want to relax or stay comfortably. The bed linens were stained, and the towels were very old, with some of them even torn. The walls also need to be repainted, and there were water leaks in some of the bathrooms. Another major issue is the noise. Street noise can be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was also disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Regarding the air conditioning, some units work well and cool the rooms properly, while others do not. Also, the rooftop and swimming pool are currently not operating, which is important for potential guests to know before booking. The positive side is that the hotel has a very good location and tremendous potential. That is precisely why it is disappointing to see the property in its current condition. I believe Hotel Gran Conquistador 33 needs some serious care, maintenance, and investment, particularly in the rooms, bathrooms, bedding, towels, paint, and common areas. With the right improvements, this could become a much better hotel. Overall: great location and plenty of potential, but the property currently needs significant maintenance

Location of the hotel is good. just 5 minutes from shopping Unicentro. basic problem with the hotel is that the owner is not taking further interest in this property. They made it once in good shape and after that continuously it is deteriorating. breakfast is okay, rooms are spacious, internet speed is slow, staff at the reception is amateur and need lot of experience to handle clients. maybe staff should be paid more to get experience staff at the reception.
