I did not receive the room booked and was downgraded. The mattress cover on the bed was plastic and made a good sleep impossible due to heat.It also made terrible noises.The distances to Santa Fe Mall and Oviedo are much further walking than the hotel description says. The rooms were were clean and the staff were friendly.

Should announce shuttle not complimentary, additional cost. Breakfast ladies were wonderful, options were ok. Floor room was dirty. Room with city view is super duper NOISY, it feels as if you are sleeping with windows open. Bed was hard. Bathroom was nice and spacious. TV not connected to local channels or anything, you need to add your own personal accounts on the apps to be able to watch anything.

Rooms was spacious and clean. They only give 1 key per room. If you are staying for business and are 2 colleagues staying. You cannot do separate things, because there is only 1 key. The breakfast was ok. Not many options and if you are not early you only get what is left.

We stayed at this property with 3 adults in a family room. The room was supposed to have a queen bed, but the bed was too small for 2 adults and not a normal Queen bed. Also the mattresses were not comfortable (very hard). Location of the property is good. Approx 7 minute walk to Santa Fe mall, and a few dining options right next to the hotel. This was a good thing because hotel breakfast was awful.

Once is enough

The employees try hard but there are only 4 . The stairs are very difficult and often dark . The free breakfast is worth what it costs 0 The noise from the street never stops . By no means are the windows " soundproofed " as stated . The staff is friendly and the location is good . They are operating on a Skelton crew . Toilets flush sometimes .
