Outstanding. If you’re looking for a loud party centered hotel-this is not the place. If you’re looking for a well maintained, quiet, sophisticated hotel with full amenities for a family, this is it. Excellent customer service. Beautiful 2 bed, 3ba apt with washer. Restaurant, spa, gym, nice pool. Beautiful views, blocks from shopping mall. Everything was great but the highlight is truly the staff.

we had a really good tiem in the property, the Staff at the bar and restaurant were excellent.. Erika, Estefania, Christian, Sindy and Milena were so attentive and friendly! the only thing we would have love is if the pool was open until late, since we came from touristing the city and wanted to relax at a later time, but the pool was open only until 5 and the jacuzzi until 7.. other than that thumbs up!

One bedroom suite with full kitchen, washing machine. Only thing that was missing was a dishwasher. Property very safe and secure with gate/guard service. Friendly front desk and wait staff. If you want to use amenities like hot tub, must give advance notice so it can be heated. Breakfast buffet was great. Did not eat at restaurant as I decided to cook dinner the one evening I was there. Would definitely stay here again. A bit far from city center.
