Amazing stay
We had an amazing stay. Comfortable beds, great food and a beautiful location made us stay one more night. I must add that the staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. We also enjoyed the water sports.

Muy mal servicio del room service, se está pagando una habitación de más de un millón de pesos la noche donde el servicio debería ser mucho mejor, no responden a tiempo a tus necesidades y la habitación no tiene lo mínimo requerido para tener una estadía confortable en pareja( deberían tener hielera, nevera, utensilios básicos como destapador de botellas entre otros)

We stayed at the bubble suite. It was wonderful ! although it does get a little cold at night. We slept with a sweater (plus the bed blanket) and that was enough. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi, jet ski, and motorcycle ride around town. The place is beautiful ,food delicious and the staff is very polite and welcoming. We definitely would love to come back to ATMA.

Recomendo a hospedagem. Local muito bonito.
A Tipi Villa é excelente. A banheira de hidromassagem é espetacular. Adorei e recomendo. Já a Cocoon Villa precisa melhorar, a água quente para o banho é insuficiente. Também deve ter um local coberto para deixar as malas porque chove muito. Café da manhã com poucas opções. O Hotel deve ter adaptadores universais para tomadas. Restaurante deve ser melhor abastecido, muitos pratos do menu não estavam disponíveis . Os funcionários do hotel são atenciosos e cordiais. Os garçons do restaurante mexicano são desatentos, precisam melhorar.

La comida y el servicio fueron geniales, las habitaciones son muy bonitas, la vista es espectacular, pero depende totalmente de la habitación que elijas. La Carpa Dos no tiene buena vista al lago, pero sí se disfruta un excelente cielo desde el jacuzzi. Pueden ver fotos de mi estadía en Instagram @YoJoseAraujo
Se recomienda pedir indicaciones una vez se esté cerca del lugar. Las señales están altas, en la noche es difícil verlas.
