"The room was clean and the staff was nice however the bathroom needs a major upgrade. The tub and knobs were below average. The bed was comfortable. There is curtain that separates the closet however it needs to be swapped out with a door or nothing at all because it can be a little scary entering a room with a curtain in front of it. The hotel hallways smelled stale and needs a deep cleaning or change of carpet to get rid of the smell. The hotel holds a lot of history however it needs cosmetic upgrades. It’s a beautiful hotel. "

"When I asked them for a different blanket instead of a duvet they did it right away."

"We ended up paying for breakfast even though it had said included when booking. When asked we were only told to go to the restaurant on the 5th floor so we did and that was not where the included breakfast was located apparently. "

"The room was clean. The couches in the living room area had stains and rips. That was my only issue but not enough to damper the stay. Overall the stay was great and the staff was very accommodating."
